The  test  ending  menu  (page  213)  is  displayed.  Test  results  are  aborted.  The
subsequent operations are the same as for

When the Test is Aborted Automatically

The  test  is  aborted  automatically  when  a  measured  value  exceeds  the  voltage  or  current
range,  synchronization  of  PLL  fails,  or  overheating  of  the  current  detecting  portion  is
detected.
The  test  ending  menu  (p.213)  is  displayed.  Test  results  are  aborted.  The  subsequent
operations are the same as for
