5.4 heating system
The heating of the vacuum valves via resistance heating cable with a defined heating zone, which
run in an annular groove in the housing flange.
The heat tracing must be operated with a temperature control, so that exceeding the limit temperat-
ures of the electric heating cables and the products to be heated is not exceeded. In the hole (B), a
sensor (Ø5mm) can be used for temperature monitoring.
