The following checklist can help you solve some problems which you may encounter when using the unit.
Before consulting it, check the connections and follow the instructions in the user manual. Do not use the
unit in abnormal condition, for example without sound, or with smoke or foul smell can cause fire or electric
shock, immediately stop using it and call the store where you purchased it.

The unit will not switch on.
Car ignition is not on.
Cable is not properly connected.
Fuse is burnt.
Possibly. Vehicle-specific adapter

Turn your car key in the ignition. Check cable connection.
Replace fuse with a new fuse of the same capacity.
Order the appropriate adapter from a specialist retailer.
No sound
Volume is set at minimum or the mute
function is on.
Check the volume or switch the mute function off.
The unit or screen does not work
normally.
The unit system is unstable or the
microphone is not plugged in the right
jack.
Press the RESET button.
Plug the microphone in the microphone jack.
Your call partner cannot
hear you
The microphone is not plugged in the
right jack.
Plug the microphone into the microphone jack.
TUNER mode
No or poor channel reception.
The antenna is not connected properly
or broken.
Connect the antenna properly (a Car specific adapter is maybe
required).If the antenna is broken, replace it with a new one.
USB mode
The USB device cannot be read.
NTFS format is not supported.
Check that the file system is in FAT or
FAT32 format. Due to different formats, some models of
storage devices or MP3 players may not be read.
DAB mode
No Signal is shown in the LCD.
DAB antenna not plugged in
right or broken
No or weak DAB signal
Plug in the DAB antenna properly or replace your DAB
antenna.
Move to an area with stronger DAB signal.
Remove all additional devices (USB chargers / additional
lighting, etc.) that interfere with the DAB frequency range
MFi
No sound or control
The I-cable is not plugged
in correctly
The connected device does not
support the function

Check the connection or use a compatible cable
connect a compatible device
