INSTALLATION FOR GROUP 0+
(weight 0-13kg. Approximately from birth until 9 months of age)
WARNING:
• The installation for group 0+ is rearward facing if your child we-
ight is below 9kg you cannot use any other installation method.
• For group 0+ there is only one level of backrest incline that
should be used – level 4
• When using installation method for group 0+ the safety seat
should always have the reduction cushion placed inside
IMPORTANT:
• The 3-point harness safety belt is used only to lock the car seat
in place. The child should be secured by 5-point harness safety
belt which is in the car seat
Pull the red lever (see schematics fi g. 6) and adjust the backrest to
level 4. See side of the safety seat for the blue arrow which indicated
level 4. Make sure that the backrest position is secure. Once fi nished
you can place the safety seat in the car.
Place the safety seat in rearward position in the car and make sure
that it adjoins the car seat backrest
Pull out the 3-point safety belt and pass it through the safety seat as
shown on pic. 3. Hip part of the belt should be placed in group 0+
guiding slot – marked with blue sticker see pic. 3-1. The shoulder
part of the belt should slide into a guiding hook which is located just
under guiding hook for group II (see schematics fi g. 14) just like
indicated on pic. 3-2. Next fold back the locking device on the side of
the seat (see schematics fi g. 16) and let it pass through see pic. 3-3.
Lock the 3-point harness belt by connecting the belt anchor with the
buckle. Make sure that the belt is tight and the seat is secure. In order
to constringe the belt, it might be needed to pull next to the locking
mechanism and guide hooks. Once all elements are closed, and the
belt is constringed tug the seat to see if all elements work as intended.
