Child Safety Warnings

•  PARENTAL AND ADULT RESPONSIBILITIES.  Parents and /or adults

supervising children must read and understand this entire

manual before allowing any child to use this product.  Adults

MUST TEACH CHILDREN ABOUT THINKING AHEAD WHILE RIDING

as this may be the first time a child has ever controlled a

powered ride-on toy. While you supervise, be the child’s eyes,

verbally teaching about steering and avoiding obstacles in the

approved riding area.  Failure to do so could result in serious

injury.

•  Riding an electronic ride-on toy can be a dangerous activity,

even under the best of circumstances. Good choices regarding

where and when to ride, constant supervision of riding, practice

and careful riding by the child can all help to minimize risk.

However this toy is intended to move and therefore it is possible

to lose control, fall off and/or get into dangerous situations that

no amount of care, instruction or expertise can eliminate.

If inherent risk of serious injury or death to a child is not

acceptable, the parent and/or other adults should not allow the

child to ride this toy.

•  Parents and/or adults must evaluate their own children as to

maturity, strength, judgment and ability to follow safety rules.

Published age guidelines are not a substitute for careful

evaluation of your own child.

•  Parents and/or adults must teach their children not to allow

other children to use this ride-on toy. Parents and/or adults

must communicate this message to the parents and/or adult

supervisors of friends and neighbors who have children that play

with your children.

•  Never leave child unattended. Continuous adult supervision

required.

•  Body parts such as hands, legs, hair and clothing can get caught

in moving parts. Never place a body part near a moving part or

wear loose clothing while using the ride-on toy.

•  Always wear shoes when using the ride-on toy.
•  Not to be used by children under 18 months of age or over 30

months of age.

•  Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 44 lbs (20 kg).
•  Children must not have access to the charging equipment or

touch any part of the ride-on toy while it is charging.
