Assembly

Follow the assembly steps in the order listed below.

  Remove the nut on the right side of the front 

axle and rotate the front axle assembly 
completely around until it is facing towards the 
center of the body.

  Insert the steering column into the axle and 

secure with the washer and nut. Rotate each 
axle until it is facing outwards and fasten the 
nut back onto the axle assembly.

  Insert the rear axle completely through the 

rear of the rear axle opening in the wheel well.

  Attach the left and right rear wheel assembly to 

the rear axle. 

  Attach the left and right front wheel assembly 

to the front axle.

❻  Insert the mirrors down into each mirror hole.
  Connect the steering wheel wires before 

inserting the steering wheel over the end of the 
steering column. Secure with nut and bolt. 

  Insert the tabs of the windshield down into the 

holes located on the top of the Ford body. 

❾  Insert the rollbar down into the rollbar holes.
  Before attaching the seat make the one-time 

battery and gearbox connection. (See page 8.)
Place the seat bottom over the seat cavity and 
secure with the 2 screws.

  Slide the seat back down into the seat brackets 

on each side, and fit the bottom tabs down into 
the seat bottom and secure with 2 screws.

  Charge the battery. (See page 9.) 

Be sure the gearbox and 

wires are completely 

inserted through the 

gearbox opening.

 

 

Insert the hubcap 

tabs into the 4 slots 

on the wheel inset.

 

 

To tighten the wheel bolts, place a 

wrench on each wheel bolt and 

simultaneously turn the wrenches 

in the opposite directions until 

the bolts are tight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steering column inserted

Completely align the holes in 

the steering column with the 

holes in the steering wheel.

Hold the steering column tight 

against the under-body while 

attaching the steering wheel.
