R. Folding and Unfolding Chair (Continued)

5.   Pull up on the folding strap (Fig. 22:A) in the center of the seat until the chair is fully folded. 

Pulling upward at a slight angle will help one side of the chair to remain on the floor and the 
other side to move more easily.
