The KHONS EVSE is warranted by EVSEadapters.com to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery. If the unit fails during this period
of time, we will at our option repair or replace it at no cost to you. This is your sole remedy, and we are
not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. You will first need to ship the faulty unit to us
at your expense, but we will be happy to pay the shipping cost to send it back to you by our choice of
carrier. We recognize the importance of reliable charging for your vehicle, and will make every
reasonable effort to perform the service quickly. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser
