Usually caused by adding non-Keysight cards.
To correct, remove non-Keysight register-based
cards and re-boot.
If the error reoccurs, replace ROMs.

Status: Software error in the Instrument Driver
SYSTEM ERROR: Unused Exception Vector
SYSTEM ERROR: Uninitialized GPIB IRQ SYSTEM
