This command stops the Polcontroller.

Syntax:
:PCONtroller:WPLAtes<wsp><orientation waveplate 1>,<retardation waveplate1>,...
Description:
Sets the orientation and retardation of the polarization controller waveplates.
The data consists of 12 double values. The order is given by:
Orientation Waveplate 1, Retardation Waveplate 1,
Orientation Waveplate 2, Retardation Waveplate 2,
Orientation Waveplate 3, Retardation Waveplate 3,
Orientation Waveplate 4, Retardation Waveplate 4,
Orientation Waveplate 5, Retardation Waveplate 5,
Orientation Waveplate 6, Retardation Waveplate 6
The orientation is given in rad, the retardation is given in fractions of Lambda. A retardation of 0.25 corresponds to a quarter
waveplate. The maximum retardation value is 0.25.
