and click

area type your instrument’s model number (e.g.,
N2222B).

Press
Enter

Scroll down to the
PRINT DOCUMENTATION
section and click to select
Service Manual
.
The
Service Manual
for your instrument will be displayed near the top of
the right column.
7.
Click the hyperlink of the Service Guide title to download the PDF file.
8.
When the PDF of the Service Guide is displayed, scroll through the
Contents section bookmarks to locate the information needed.
