Adjust Conveyor Height and Alignment
Conveyor Height
Adjust the height of the i7090 system conveyor to the site requirements. All four feet
of the system are adjustable.
Conveyor Alignment
Adjust the conveyor alignment and offset between upstream and downstream
systems. Use boards as a visual aid to checking the alignment.

Place a board on each conveyor.

Adjust the position of the machines until the angular misalignment and offset
are minimized.

Adjust the height so that the upstream system is slightly higher than the
downstream system.
To facilitate the smooth transfer of boards, it is suggested that the height of the
upstream conveyor be slightly higher than the downstream conveyor.

Test the alignment by sliding the boards across the conveyor. Adjust the
alignment if necessary.
