Sets the number of cycles.
Cannot be set while a sweep is running.
parameters:
The number of cycles is an integer value.
Also allowed are:
MIN: minimum programmable value
MAX: maximum programmable value
DEF: This is not the preset (*RST) default value but is half the sum of, the minimum
programmable value and the maximum programmable value
0: cycles continuously.
