Important safety instructions

Important – Read carefully before use – Keep in
a safe place for later consultation!

– Assemble the cot carefully and regularly check that all

screw connections are tight so as to rule out injuries
from trapped laces, chains, etc.!

– This product may only be used for its intended purpose

as a cot.

– WARNING – Do not use the cot if parts are missing or

broken!

– Only those spare parts supplied by the manufacturer

may be used.

– WARNING – Never place the cot near a naked flame

or other strong source of heat such as an electric ra-
diant heater, gas-fired stove etc

– Please note that lowest position of the bed base is the

safest. As soon as your child is old enough to sit, kneel
or pull him/herself up you must use this lowest position
of the bed base!

– WARNING – Never leave objects in the bed that your

child could use to climb up the sides or which constitu-
te a risk of suffocation or strangulation!

– The cot is designed for mattresses of the size 140x70

cm. The mattress may not be thicker than 145 mm; this
ensures that the surmountable side height of 500 mm in
the highest position and 200 mm in the lowest position
is not fallen short of.

– WARNING – Never use more than one mattress in the

cot.

– Only clean the piece of furniture with mild, common de-

tergent and a moist, soft cloth. Remove any detergent
residues with lukewarm water. Leave the piece of furni-
ture to dry thoroughly before further use.

– If you leave your child unattended in the cot always

make sure that the removable slats are inserted correct-
ly.

– Always remove all removable slats if you want your

child to have free access to the cot.

– As soon as your child is able to climb out of the cot you

should dismantle the sides so as to avoid any falls.

– The product is 100% recyclable.
– Subject to design modifications

Assembly instructions:

– Caution: any marks on the screw heads have been cau-

sed by a trial assembly in the works. This is your gua-
rantee for top quality.

– Darkening: this furniture range has been made from so-

lid beech wood. The wood only achieves its final colour
after three to six months exposure to natural light.

– Do not use an electric (cordless) screwdriver for assem-

bly work!

– Only tighten all screws fully after complete assembly. In

other words, only tighten screws loosely at first so as to
avoid any stress.

GB

– Please note that there is always a danger of injury when

working with tools or doing manual work. Therefore
please be careful when assembling this machine.

– Ensure that your working area is free of possible sour-

ces of danger, for example don’t leave any tools lying
around. Always dispose packaging material in such a
way that it may not cause any danger. There is always
a risk of suffocation if children play with plastic bags!

– The equipment must be assembled with due care by an

adult person. If in doubt call upon the help of a second
person, if possible technically talented.

– The fastening material required for each assembly step

is shown in the diagram inset. Use the fastening mate-
rial exactly as instructed.

– For technical reasons, we reserve the right to carry out

preliminary assembly work (e.g. addition of tubing
plugs).
