resistance

 

is

 

felt,

 

then

 

use

 

wrench

tighten

 

nuts

  

    

completely

 

against

 

resistance

 

(locking

 

device).

 

Then

 

check

 

that

 

all

 

screw

 

connections

 

have

 

been

 

    

tightened

 

firmly.

locknuts

 

have

unscrewed

 

they

 

no

 

longer

 

function

  

    

correctly

 

(the

 

locking

 

device
