Assembly tips
During initial operation, make sure that the odour trap is completely filled with water. Please
check the water level at regular intervals to avoid odour pollution! If regular water replenish-
ment should not be possible, the water-less odour stop KESSEL Multistop (art. no. 48500) can
be retrofitted instead. Caution: when retrofitting is carried out, the centring pin on the drain
body must be removed!
Caution!
Concerns Ultraflat DN 40: the lip seal delivered with the attachment piece is not used.
Optimal pipe cleaning is possible by taking the cover off and removing the odour trap by tilting.
When the odour trap is replaced, it must be completely filled with water.
