Personnel - qualification
The relevant operational safety regulations and the haz-
ardous substances ordinance or national equivalents apply
for the operation of the system.
The operator of the system must:
prepare a risk assessment
identify and demarcate corresponding hazard zones,
carry out safety training,
secure the system against unauthorised use.

1) Operation and assembly work may only be carried out by persons who are at least 18 years of age.

Intended use
The system may only be used for pumping away domestic non-faecal wastewater; however, it must not be used for flamma-
ble or explosive liquids or solvents.
WARNING
Use of the system in a potentially explosive environment (ATEX) is not permitted.
The system is suitable for the disposal of wastewater below the backwater level and for installation in the ground. The sys-
tem is not suitable for installation in ground water.
Observe regional and local municipal regulations - maximum wastewater temperatures (e.g. 35°C) are often stipulated,
amongst other things.
All conversions or attachments that are carried out without the express and written permission of the manufacturer, the use
of non-genuine spare parts and repairs carried out by companies or persons not approved by the manufacturer will lead to a
loss of warranty.
