8.3.2 Maintenance after 50 operating hours / longer downtime

Danger of life or injury due to a machine in operation!
An operating machine poses a risk of life or injury, as well as a risk of property
damage to the machine or system!
•
Before carrying out any maintenance work, disconnect the machine from
the power supply and secure it against being switched on again
The planning, execution and documentation of tests must be carried out taking
into account the applicable regulations and laws.
To ensure safe operation of the machine, the safety devices must be checked:
At intervals of a maximum of 50 operating hours, as well as at the beginning and
end of the season, all moving parts of the unit must be greased or oiled.

Figure 8 (See Chapter 1 Illustrations on page 6) shows the parts of the
machine to be lubricated.
The machine must be oiled at intervals of 50 operating hours at the points
shown.

Check the hydraulic oil level. To do this, look in the level glass.
The oil level must be at 28 liters. Possibly. is the oil level with
- synthetic hydraulic oil AVIA Syntofluid N46.
