DISINFECTION / STERILIZATION
I. The tips removed from the instru-
ment can be reprocessed according to
the separate reprocessing instruction
for reusable instruments.
II. The instrument handle without tips
can be reprocessed according to the
steps 1-6 of the separate reprocessing
instruction for reusable instruments.
CAUTION: Do not machine
disinfect and/or sterilize the
Compothixo™ instrument handle.
WARRANTY
KerrHawe SA hereby warrants that for
a period of one year (excluding the
battery) from the date of purchase,
this instrument shall be free from
defects in material and workmanship
and will perform satisfactory under
normal use and service. Please keep
your dealer invoice available for
warranty service request.
In addition you may register your
warranty, completing the online regis-
tration form at www.kerrdental.eu.
If multiple units have been purchased,
fill out one registration form per unit.
Please have your dealer invoice avail-
able at the time of registration.
In the event of a breach of this war-
ranty, KerrHawe SA’s liability is limited,
at KerrHawe SA’s option, to replace-
ment of the defective product, or reim-
bursement of the actual cost of the
defective product. In order to take ad-
vantage of this limited warranty, the
defective product must be returned to
KerrHawe SA in its original packaging.
In no event shall KerrHawe SA be liable
for any indirect, incidental, or conse-
quential damages.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED
ABOVE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES,
BY KERRHAWE SA, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES
WITH RESPECT TO DESCRIPTION,
QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICU-
LAR PURPOSE.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO
ANY DAMAGE OR DEFECT CAUSED BY
THE USER’S FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OR OTHER
USER ERROR IN OPERATING OR
MAINTAINING THE INSTRUMENT.

The Compothixo™ is intended for use
in the electromagnetic environment
specified below. The customer or user
of the Compothixo™ shall insure it is
used in such an environment.
