CUSTOMER SERVICE
In the event of any technical issues with your device, please contact your dealer's
Customer Service.
Before calling Customer Service, please note the model and/or type reference on the
device type plate. Customer service interventions, including repairs or rectifying de
-
fects, resulting from non-intended use, defective installation or erroneous operation
of the device, will be invoiced, even during the warranty period.
WARRANTY
Non-compliance with the safety precautions, including warning notes in the opera
-
ting instructions, on the device and accompanying documents shall void the associa
-
ted warranty. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. The
warranty does not include interventions on devices with defects, damage or shortco
-
mings caused by chemical or mechanical exposure, including erroneous installation.
Your vendor's warranty conditions generally apply, through which you can exclusi
-
vely validate your warranty claims.
Please have your vendor's warranty card and/or proof of purchase ready if you need
to contact Customer Service during the warranty period.
The manufacturer's 2-year warranty from date of purchase covers the device against
all defects proved to be caused by a production error. The warranty does not cover
defects and damage resulting from non-intended use of the device.
Claims concerning visible, external damage submitted after the device has been used
for the first time are excluded from warranty claims and services.
If in any doubt, proof of purchase shall be valid as a warranty certificate.
