• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its agent
or similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard.
• Always use kettle with filter, otherwise water may spout out when filled with
1.7L water.
CHAPTER 2. OPERATION
FILLING
• Open the lid and fill the jug.
• Do not fill with less than the MIN.
• Do not fill with more than the MAX (1.7Liter).
• Do not forget close the lid firmly after fill.
SWITCHING ON
• Insert the mains plug into a wall socket.
• Press the ON/OFF switch to boil. The pilot light will light up when the switch
on “I”position.
SWITCHING OFF
• When the water boiled, the appliance will switch off automatically and pilot light
will go out. the switch will be in the “O”position.
• The you can switch the kettle off manually at any time.
NOTE:
When ON/OFF switch is turned off, do not force it into the “I” position as this will
seriously damage the operating mechanism.
