Nothing appears on the
display after pushing ON/OFF
key.
1. Check display.
2. Disassemble indicator.
3. Check wires and control
panel.
Can’t switch on scale using
AC adaptor.
1. AC adaptor damaged.
→Replace adaptor.
2. AC jack wires are
disconnected.
Low Battery
This warning shows that the
voltage of battery is too low to
use.
Please replace new batteries
or plug the AC adaptor for
operation.
Counting error (too low)
The loading is lower than limit
when power on.
1. Please increase the
loading and try again.
2. Check the load cell and its
wiring.
3. Replace new deck.
Counting error (too high)
Scales zeroed exceed its
initial balance.
1. Remove the weight from
scale.

Check the load cell’s
resistance.
3. Replace new deck.

The loading is over limit when
