Installation information
Only trained qualifi ed personnel are permitted to install
the x-net modular plastic manifold. Read these instruc-
tions thoroughly prior to installation.
Installing the individual modules
Note!
Ź
Check the double O-rings in the individual modules for
damage before creating the push-in connections.
Ź
When assembling the individual modules, ensure that
both lateral edge fl aps are fully engaged.
If necessary, the individual modules can be changed. This
requires carefully lifting both locking fl aps with screwdri-
vers.
Installing the x-net euro taper adapter M3/4
Ź
Remove the yellow cover caps at the bottom of the
x-net fl ow and return modules.
Ź
Connect the x-net euro taper adapter M3/4 at the bot-
tom of the fl ow/return modules and secure it with the
plastic clip provided.

Only use x-net compression fi ttings for connecting the
x-net clamp ring screw connection to the euro taper
adapter M3/4.
Ź
Ensure a secure connection by carrying out a leak test.
Leak test
Note!
Before completing the installation work, always carry out
a leak test (6 bar) according to EN 1264-4.
Adjusting the fl ow rate

Adjustment range: 0 - 5 l/min
Flow coeffi cient (KVS): 2.04 m³/h

Lift the locking cap (2) by one notch and use it as a
setting point.
Ź
Turn the locking cap (2) to set the required fl ow rate.
For this purpose, all other shut-off elements in the re-
spective heating circuit have to be completely open.
The amount of water fl owing can be read in the sight
glass (1) in l/min.
Ź
Check the settings again after the entire system has
been adjusted. Then press the locking cap (2) down
(engage) to prevent inadvertent changes to the set-
ting.
