Quick Start Tips

1. Remove

 

grate and drip tray, clean both.

2. Make sure the drip tray is inserted all the way into bottom of grill and burner brackets are not 

resting on it.

3. Cover bottom of drip tray with water. Re-install grate.

4. Plug the City Grill

™

 directly into an outlet. Do not use an extension cord.

5. Preheat grill for 5 to 9 minutes on high. Adjust heat setting for type of food.
6. Close lid and cook. Enjoy the best grilled food you have ever tasted!
