REALIGNMENT
5-5. Item Setting Mode
In this mode, the selected item in the Item Selection
mode can be programmed.
When the [S] key is pressed in the Item Selection mode,
the transceiver enters the Item Setting mode.

1: The channel frequency step size can be changed only for
the LMR model. The CB model has a fi xed step size of
12.5 kHz.

2: The LMR model can select from TONE OFF, QT, DQTN
or DQTI if the setting item is RX signaling. The CB model
can only select from TONE OFF, QT or DQTN. DQTI is
not available on the CB model.

3: On the CB model, the RX frequency setting value is dis-
played because the TX frequency cannot be edited.
✽
4: On the CB model, the RX signaling setting value is
displayed because the TX signaling cannot be edited.
The LMR model can select from TONE OFF, QT, DQTN
or DQTI if the setting item is TX signaling. The CB model
can only select from TONE OFF, QT or DQTN. DQTI is
not available on the CB model.
