Temperature switch
1= Medium speed / medium temperature
2= High speed / high temperature
Combination of switches:
Cool wind and speed 1 is a cool wind
Cool wind and speed 2 is a warm wind
Note: During the first operation some foreign smell and a small amount of
smoke from the heating element is possible, it is normal and is not a defect of
the appliance. After a short time, the smoke and smell will disappear. Set the
temperature needed and start the use. Divide the moist hair into strands and
dry them with the appliance from roots to ends. Do not bring the appliance
too close to the scalp to avoid burns. To avoid hair over drying do not keep
the appliance too long in one space. When using the appliance, place it on
a heat-resistant surface. After the appliance operation is finished, switch it off
by setting the temperature switch to «0» position and unplug it. Place the
appliance on the heat resistant surface for cooling down. Detach the nozzles
from the cooled down appliance. Wipe the appliance body with a damp cloth
and then wipe it dry. Clean the air inlet grid with a brush. Never immerse
the appliance into water or other liquids. Do not use abrasives and solvents
to clean the appliance body.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Use higher temperatures / speeds for pre-drying, coarse drying and for thick,
heavy hair. Use low values for thin hair, to complete your style and for finer
work.
For best results when styling, hair should be dried to 80 %.
Separate small strands of hair for a better styling shape.
Overheating protection
Overheating protection switches the appliance off if the outgoing air is too
hot. If the appliance is switched off during operation, set the temperature
switch to «0» position, unplug the appliance and make sure that the inlets
and outlets are unblocked. Let the appliance cool down for some minutes
and switch it on again. Do not block the air inlets and outlets during the
