TYRE INFLATION
1.
Place the connector on the valve stem (
Fig. 2
) and push down,
close the thumb latch (
Fig. 1
) to lock the connector onto the
valve stem, making sure the connector is firmly on the tyre
valve stem.
2.
Check the TYRE INFLATION PRESSURE chart, this is for
reference only and you should consult the owners manual for
specific pressure ratings (never over inflate tyres).
3.
Plug the power lead into the lighter plug socket.
4.
When the correct pressure is reached, unplug the power lead
from the socket.
FOR INFLATABLES - DINGHIES,
MATTRESSES,SPORTS BALLS ETC.
1.
Select the suitable adaptor and insert it into the connector as with the tyre valve stem
above.
2.
Check the TYRE INFLATION PRESSURE chart, this is for reference only and you should
consult the owners manual for specific pressure ratings (never over inflate tyres).
3.
Insert the adaptor into the article to be inflated (
Fig. 1
).
4.
Plug the power lead into the lighter plug socket.
5.
When the correct pressure is reached, unplug the power lead from the socket.
6.
Remove the adaptor from the inflated article and remove the adaptor from the connector.
PLEASE NOTE:
Make sure to select the correct adaptor for the job, if you do not have
a suitable tight fitting adaptor, do not commence inflation.

TYPICAL INFLATION PRESSURE
Always avoid over-inflation! NEVER EXCEED A RECOMMENDED PRESSURE. the item being inflated
may burst and cause serious injury.
Soft inflatable material items may not have existing pressure ratings
on them, you must be careful not to over-inflate.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Poor connection of the plug in the lighter
socket.
1. Connector not on secure enough or
possible leak.
1. Overheated from excessive use.
2. Voltage too low.
SOLUTION
1. Check the terminals are clean and the
socket is free from debris.
1. Check the article being inflated for
leaks.
2. Check the hose for breaks and leaking
fittings.
1. Shut it off and let it cool for at least 30
minutes.
2. Check the condition of the battery.
FAULT
Compressor does not
work/blows fuses.
Compressor runs but
does not inflate.
Compressor runs slowly.
