USING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN

you quickly set and start microwave cooking at
100% power without the need to touch START.
Example: To cook for 2 minutes.

For best results, some recipes call for different cooking
powers during different stages of a cook cycle. You can
program your oven for 2 stages, so that it will switch
from one power level to another during the cook cycle.
Example: To set a 2-stage cook cycle.
(Power 80% for 2 min. and power 50% for 3 min.)

Your microwave oven has 10 cook power levels to let
you cook or heat a wide variety of foods. Refer to the
table below for suggestions:

• Thawing meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Cooking less tender cuts of meat.

• Taking chill out of fruit.
