CONNECT THE FILTER TO A FAUCET

Install the fittings, as needed, on the faucet. If you use the additional adaptor
(FIG. 3C) be sure toplace the 3/4" and 13/16" gaskets as shown.
Before
tightening, be sure the collar is on the chrome adaptor.
and hand tighten only.

Using the 15/16" gasket as shown in FIG. 4, page 5, fasten the faucet filter to the
adaptor(s) installed in step 3. You can position the faucet filter as shown in FIG.
4, with the water diverter control to the right. You can also turn the filter so the
control is to the left, or position as otherwise desired. Turn the collar onto the
filter,
being careful not to cross-thread.
Tighten securely, but
do not
overtighten and break
the filter.
