LIMIT THAT IS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN THE COMBINED 
WEIGHT OF INTENDED LOAD PLUS THE MECHANICAL 
GRAPPLE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANY COMPONENT USED 
AS RIGGING TO THE MECHANICAL GRAPPLE BE OF A RATED 
CAPACITY LESS THAN THAT OF THE MECHANICAL GRAPPLE.

DO NOT RIG UNPROTECTED NYLON SLINGS OR WIRE ROPE 
DIRECTLY THROUGH LIFT BAIL.

IF USING EQUIPMENT OTHER THAN A CRANE: USE RIGGING OF 
SUFFICIENT LENGTH TO PREVENT CONTACT BETWEEN THE 
MECHANICAL GRAPPLE AND EQUIPMENT.
