7.2 Servicing
Secure function of the Filter-Master XL is supported by regular inspection and
maintenance, which should be done at least quarterly.
- Visual inspection
- Readjustment of the joints of the exhaust arm. Observe the mounting and
maintenance instructions included with the exhaust arm when readjusting the
joints.
- Release of condensate from the compressed air tank.
NOTE
Any necessary repair work must only be performed by KEMPER or
specialist companies authorised by KEMPER.
WARNING
Skin contact with cutting fumes, etc. can cause skin irritation in
sensitive individuals!
Repair and maintenance work on the Filter-Master XL should only
be carried out by trained and authorised personnel in compliance
with the safety instructions and the applicable accident
prevention regulations!
Serious injury to the lungs and the respiratory tract is possible!
To avoid contact and the inhalation of dusts, the use of protective
clothing, gloves and a fan-breathing protection system e.g.
KEMPER autoflowXP, or a Class FFP2 breathing filter mask
according to EN 149, is recommended.
The release of dangerous dusts must be avoided during repair
and maintenance work so that persons not assigned with the task
are not harmed.
