in an associated slot
Details
This command allows you to bundle the closing of channels with the opening of a channel. Any currently closed
channel opens if not specified for closure on the slots defined in the parameter. Using this command guarantees
that only the specified channels and channel patterns are closed on the slots associated with the
channelList
.
When this command is sent:

Closed channels for the defined slots are opened if they are not specified in the
channelList
•
Channels specified by the items in
channelList
are closed
•
Any settling times and user-specified delay times are incurred
