The Model 2651A System SourceMeter

®

 Instrument is a high-power 

source-measure unit (SMU) that simplifies test processes by 

combining source and measure capabilities in a single instrument. A 
Model 2651A is a scalable, high-throughput, cost-effective solution 
for precision DC, pulse, and low-frequency AC source-measure 
testing.  

The Model 2651A documentation includes:

instrument to determine that the instrument is functional.
