OPERATION MANUAL
HOW TO USE THE AIR250 LOWER BACK
1. Sit down and place your lower back against the Seat Back. Place your feet in the middle of the Foot Rest.
2. To secure the Seat Belt (if desired), lower the resistance until it is easy to lean back so you are sitting upright. Snap
the Seat Belt together and tighten the Belt snug across your hips.
3. Lean forward as far as is comfortable, then carefully adjust the resistance to the desired amount using the Thumb
Buttons.
4. To exit safely, lower the resistance until it is easy to lean back so you are sitting upright. Unsnap the Seat Belt.
