Recipes for Sorbet
Tropical Enchantment
• 2 cups frozen pineapple pieces
• 2 cups frozen mango pieces
• 1 cup macadamia nuts
• Coconut flakes for garnishing
Puree the three ingredients alternately in your
Z-Star
®
Z-710. Afterwards, fill the sorbet into
dessert bowls and place in the freezer until the
sorbet has reached the desired consistency.
Garnish the bowls with coconut flakes before
serving.
Strawberry Swirl
• 4 frozen bananas
• 2 cups frozen strawberries
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
before freezing. Freeze the strawberries and
banana pieces individually/next to one ano-
ther. This makes it easier for you to add them
into your Z-Star
®
Z-710 later.
Let the frozen fruit thaw a few minutes. Puree
the bananas and strawberries alternately in
your Z-Star
®
Z-710, then serve the sorbet in
dessert bowls.
