Fixing  Steering  Stem  Bearing  and 
Handlebar 

Move the handlebar to confirm there is no wire interference. 
Rotate  the  front  wheel  and  move  the  handlebar  freely  for 
check. 
If  the  handlear  moves  unsmoothly,  check  the  steering  stem
