13. Changing the bulb
Warning
the bulb may be hot if the Slit Lamp has been
in continuous use, take care when removing the bulb.
Make sure the power is disconnected before changing the bulb.

To change the bulb, first allow 5 minutes for it to cool down if
the Slit Lamp has been in use.
This is how you change a bulb
1.
Unscrew the black plastic bulb cover by turning
anti-clockwise.

Remove the old bulb, allow 5 minutes for it to cool
down if the Slit Lamp has been in use.

Insert the new bulb, ensuring the
notch is facing upwards as shown.
