Other Functions

The W62K supports the Global Passport function using
the au IC-Card. 
Global Passport is an international roaming service that
allows you to connect to the world by simply inserting
your au IC-Card into a GSM mobile phone for overseas
use. No special application or daily/monthly charges are
needed. Charges for overseas are billed together with
monthly domestic call charges.

EZ apps (BREW

®

)

You can download and enjoy game software that is
registered in the EZ apps server.

au one My Page

You can save data, such as the data in the data folder to
your own server (au one My Page) and manage and check
it there. 

Decoration Mail

You can freely change the background color, font colors
and layouts of your mail or decorate it with pictures and
photos.

You can read barcodes (JAN code/QR code) as well as
create QR codes using W62K.

PetaMemo

You can transfer the contents of your address book or
task lists to your standby screen so you can retrieve
them easily any time. 

Emotion Mail

Determines whether the mail you received is "Happy",
"Sad" or "Important" based on the words in the mail and
informs you by displaying character icons. 

Infrared communication

You can exchange the data save in your Address Book,
Schedule, Bookmarks, or Data Folder with devices
supporting infrared communication.

Power Saving Mode

You can switch to Power Saving Mode if the battery level
is low and the phone settings automatically switch to a
lower power consumption rate.

Graphic Memo

You can manage images by inserting dates, categories
and comments.

Maker
