Character Entry Modes
When a character entry screen is displayed, you can select
a character entry mode if you press
L
(Char.).

The entry modes that you can select differ depending
on the function you are using.
Entering Alphanumeric Characters
You can use the keys
0
to
9
to enter characters.
More than one character is assigned to each key.
The following table shows the key assignment for entering
characters.

When you change your e-mail address, you cannot use
the characters in

for the account name (part of the
address to the left of @).
