Dial a phone number to make a call.

other party's phone number.
To call a regular phone
Input the phone number starting with
the area code.
To call a cellphone, carphone or PHS
Input all of the 11 digits in the phone number.
To notify the other party of your cellphone number
Input "186" before your cellphone number.
Not to notify the other party of your cellphone number
Input "184" before your cellphone number.
