If there is no Dial-Up server icon on the status bar, click [Start],
[Settings], [Control Panel] and double click on the ADD/Remove
programs icon. Click the Windows Setup tab, then double click on
communications and make sure the Dial-Up Network and Dial-Up
server are selected.

You will see the dialog box
below if you have installed the
Dial-Up server in your
Windows. Select the Dial-Up
Network folder, click on
connections from the menu,
and you will see Dial-Up server.
If you do not see the Dial-Up
server, re-install the Dial-Up
server.
