Care and Cleaning
IMPORTANT SAFETY CAUTIONS:
Always disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet
before cleaning. Remove heating unit, letting all water drain back into the container. Do not
attempt to disassemble the heating unit. Doing so could damage the vaporizer or cause per-
sonal injury, and will void our warranty.
Daily Maintenance
Empty any unused water from
container. Rinse container
thoroughly, drain and wipe
with a dry, clean cloth.
Weekly Maintenance
Empty any unused water from
container. Rinse container
thoroughly, drain and wipe
with a dry, clean cloth.
Soak heating unit in 8 cm (3
inches) of white vinegar for 10
minutes (See Fig. 4). Use a
butter knife to gently remove
any minerals from the metal
heater surface (Fig. 5). Access
to the heater surface can be
obtained by lifting the hinged
cover on bottom of unit.
Clean the heater surface
after each 150 hours of
operation
Open hinged cover on bottom of heating unit for access to the heater surface for cleaning
only. Use a butter knife to gently remove any minerals from the metal heater surface. More
frequent cleaning may be required in hard-water areas.
For proper operation, the cover must be shut and in the correct position.

used for several days. Be sure to dry all parts and store in a cool, dry location. DO NOT
