Adjust valve clearance of front cylinder. Turn 

magnetic  rotor  counterclockwise  to  make 

piston  locate  at  top  dead  center  and  make  T 

mark  aimed  to  the  mark  of  left  crankcase 

cover. 

 

 

 

Check whether the O-mark on cam sprocket is 

aimed to the gap of cylinder head. Readjust if 

necessary. 

 

 

 

 

 

Set  the  valve  clearance  of  rear  cylinder  to 

0.05mm~0.06mm.
