Check and Maintain the Brake System 

 

Checking the free play of brake lever 

 

 

Put your right hand on grip, pull the lever with your index and 

middle fingers. 

Push the lever then let go, check the resistance at same time. If 

the  process feel  loosen, it maybe caused by air in  oil pump or 

oil pipe. Check the whole brake system and adjust it. 

 

 

Checking the brake discs

Check  the  discs  surfaces,  if  it  gets  cracked  or  depressed, 

replace it. 

2.

 

Measure the disc thickness. If the disc thickness is less thank 

the specified value. Change new disc.
