4 Installation | 4.6 Connecting the SMARTair to the equipment

Switch the power switch to "OFF".

Plug the enclosed power cable

into the designated connector

of the
SMARTair and insert the plug into an easily accessible, properly installed
(grounded) mains socket. Use an extension cable if needed.

Route the power cable

properly such that the SMARTair can be pulled out
to the limit stop without unplugging the power cable.

Place the cover on the SMARTair.
▶
SMARTair Evo: slide the suction device into the support frame all the way to
the limit stop.

4.6 Connecting the SMARTair to the equipment
CAUTION
Unsuitable electrical equipment.
Material damage and injury.

Connect equipment with max. 500 watt power exclusively.
Note
When using the control cable (
Mat. no. 1.000.7198
), do not run a connect-
ing line. In addition, the response sensitivity must not be adjusted.
