Return the instruments to repair
Please send us your defective instrument to repair. We cannot provide you loan
instruments for the repair period!

If the instruments are within the specified warranty period of 12 months, according to the
warranty conditions indicated by KaVo, please enclose a copy of your invoice
•
If the instruments are defective within the specified 12 months after a repair (only in our factory
repair), please enclose a copy of the last delivery note
•
On the website: KaVo & Nobel Biocare Surgery Service, you can request a shipping package with
return note to send your device to KaVo factory repair
•

Unfortunately, we can‘t offer you any loan instrument for the period of the repair,
