A 8 Care of the unit
A 8.1 Cleaning
In order to ensure trouble-free operation, the unit should be cleaned at regular intervals, using a mild detergent with a sponge or soft cloth.
Do not use any chemicals.
Do not use any solvents when cleaning the instrument panel!
Protect the bowl against contaminants.
When not in use, the bowl is best filled with water to just under the stirring paddle.
The nameplate must always be legible, and never be removed.
A 8.2 Maintenance
The Vacuum Mixer requires no special maintenance.
Simply ensure that the unit is always clean, and the flange seal is not damaged.
Changing the filter
• Unscrew the knurled bolt located to the right of the stirring mechanism at the flange underneath the housing.
• The filter hangs loosely in front of the bolt.
• After changing, firmly screw in the bolt again – don`t forget the O-ring!
A 8.3 Repairs
Service or repairs of the unit must be carried out only by trained technical personnel.
Modifications by others, and use of unauthorized parts, invalidates the Product Liability.
Use only original spare parts.
