All liability is excluded if defects or their consequences originate from manipulations or changes to
the product made by the customer or a third party that is not authorised by KaVo.
Warranty claims will only be accepted if the product is submitted along with proof of purchase in the
form of a copy of the invoice or note of delivery. The dealer, purchase date, type, and serial number
must be clearly evident from this document.
