Daily
Check all lines, hoses and connections for leakage and damage.
After 50h / every 500h thereafter
Check screws:
(1, 2) on the safety metal sheet (3, 4).
(5) on the forks (6) / slides (34).
(7) on the sideshifter housing (8).
(9) on the lower hooks (10).
(11) on the lower hooks (12).
(23) on the cylinder support (24)
– optional.
Replace loose or damaged screws. Torque the screws as specified in Chapter 6.1
General.
Weekly
Grease:
Sliding pieces (13) by way of the greasing nipples (14).
Sliding pieces (15) by way of the greasing nipples (16).
Supporting rollers (18) on the lower hooks (16) as necessary.
Every 200h
Check wear on:
Sliding pieces (13).
Sliding pieces (15).
Supporting rollers (18).
Annually
Inspect the heel (20) of the fork (19) for wear and cracks.
Check the welding seams (21) on the hooks (2).
Remove forks from service when wear exceeds 10 % of the thickness of the fork.
