PARTS DESCRIPTION
Main Components and Standard Accessories:
1 Output shaft 6 Dough hook
2 Release lever 7 Flat beater
3 Speed knob 8 Wire whisk
4 Power Cord 9 Splash lid
5 Mixing bowl
USING THE MIXING BOWL
1. Turn clockwise the release lever (2) to lift the mixer head (FIG. 1).
2. Fix the splash lid to the output shaft (FIG. 2).
3. Fix the mixing bowl on the base (Step 1) and turn it clockwise until it locks
into place (Step 2) (FIG. 3).
4. Choose the right attachment (dough hook, flat beater or wire whisk), push it
into the shaft then rotate counterclockwise until it locks into place (FIG. 4 and
